In April 2018, I needed to buy a new washer and dryer. I went to a local home improvement center and purchased a washer and dryer. The washer did not work. When I called in to the warranty people they said that the washer and dryer I purchased where sold to someone else in 2017! I reread the model and serial numbers. Turns out, the set was returned by the previous owners and put back on the floor and resold to me! After a hassel, I did get my money back. Next, I went to another home improvement center in town. The washer did not work at all. The installers did not do a proper test before they left. When I tried my first load, the washer would not turn on at all and the start button fell into the machine. Again, getting my money back was a hassel. So I went to a company, Hi Tech Appliances in Louiseville Colorado. I bought the Frigidaire washer and dryer. So far, it has proved to be a wise choice on my part. The independently owned company gave great service. It allows me smart choices for laundry load sizes. I did not realize how much lint my old machine left on my clothes. After washing my old black work pants in my new machine, they came out lint free and looking new. Every load does not disappoint. All loads come out spot free and lint free and very clean. I was a little leery of the new machine's lid locking and water levels, but this Frigidaire makes it easy to understand. I like how the agitator gets the cloths super clean.The other machines I returned were not Frigidaires. My Frigidaires are of very good quality. I will never an appliance again from a home improvement store. Some are allowed to repair appliances and put them back on the floor, which was not disclosed to me. Others, do not take returns. You have to go through the manufacturer. So a lessoned learned, always asked if the "new" appliance you are purchasing has ever been sold before. And, register the warranty right away to find out if it has been sold before. Working with an independent company that has been in business for 30 years works for me.

This is an awesome washer. It could have better agitation features but it has several settings, favorite settings, and is easy to use. It also cleans our clothes well.

I bought this last Saturday in Walmart of Mayaguez. I had a Kenmore washer but died on Friday. I diid a little research and for the price and reputation this new washer was a great investment. So far so good!!! Also my son works for Frigidaire in PR so it was a no brainer!!!
