I bought this washer about two months ago. I was looking for an older model or used washing machine because all these new models of washer and dryers do not do the job that older machines do and the newer models break down or don't last as long with all the technology put into to machine. I chose Frigidaire because I have had other products in my house that are made by Frigidaire and all my products work really well I never had any issues with the other products. The washing machine I chose because of this and I like the big tub feature. I used all the washing settings to see what each did. I do like the features but I don't like the whole electric sensor for the water level and the spin feature. If you have to put any loads that fill the washing machine you have to put it on max fill and some of the features you can't choose max fill so when the machine senses the load the water level does not cover your clothes. I learned that even though the tub of the washing machine is big I don't pack the washing machine and my clothes come out cleaner as well. I do use the He detergent but I have not use the bleach or fabric softener section yet.. For this reason I'm trying to figure out If the machine only uses He detergent then how am I to use bleach and fabric softener in its compartments, which are not sold in HE wouldn't these detergents add chemicals to your machine that are not good like the regular laundry soap. This is very confusing to me. Thus far I am pleased with the way the washing machine is working right now but down the road we will see if I have the same results or run into any issues.

I bought this washer about a month. It is great waher, but I just have ond thing about the waher. It take too much time on each wash!. Is there any form that I could give the washer less time on each wash?

We have enjoyed this washer as we wanted an HE washer with a traditional agitator and this one fit the bill. Overall it washes very well but we get a terribly annoying intermittent squeaking sound when the tub is draining while spinning. We had a service call in September and the mechanic said it is a normal noise for the Machine. I am not buying it as it seems to be getting louder. Also our soak option recently stopped working.

Easy order, delivery, set up and so easy to use! Great washer. Big inside drum for all my clothes to fit and digital! Love the glass top too! Very happy!

My wife and I purchased a house about 6 weeks ago and had to buy a new washer/dryer when we moved in. We picked this set because of it's features and price. We made a great choice, the washer is very quiet and has plenty of options for filling and agitating. My wife loves the fabric softener and detergent wells and the clear lid to see in while it cycles is a really cool feature I had no idea I would like so much. The dryer we bought is gas and is huge. We were able to wash and dry all the blankets on our bed in one load, before it took 2 or 3 to do the same job. Really great product. Would for sure buy again
