We bought a new home last month and this washer came with the purchase. It's a quiet washer and has lots of settings. I like the size of the slots where you put any liquid products for the wash. I use liquid softener and pod detergent. Unfortunately, I don't like the fact that after the wash there is still softener in the retainer. I'm wondering if the softener is dripped down or if it's rinsed out for use but there is still a lot of softener left over so it makes me think it doesn't get rinsed out. Aside from this, I have no other complaints of the washer.

We have had them for 2 months had a issue with the door hanging up. A professional came right out on the weekend and made an adjustment works well

I have had this a few months now, it takes getting used to. The one I had was 30 years old and still worked but it was making a noise and was afraid it would give out in the middle of a wash and as I am 85 knew I wouldnt be able to take care of the clothes, so I got the new set, they tell us it is more energy efficient.

I bought this washer 12/18/18. It was delivered 1/4/19._x000D_ It would never empty or spin the clothes dry. Called service, they came out and I was told a sensor was bad. It went back to the warehouse

No load is safe from this beast! Loaded a tough/heavy comforter and it wash it with no issues.

I bought this to replace my older machine. I love this machine huge tub will hold my queen size quilt. Great features. Great customer service! Very impressed by this machine. Lots of choices on cycles.
