I bought my house with the appliances. Everything works well but the washer. The noise produced by this machine is scary. Every time I do the laundry I think this machine is going to explode. I do believe it is defectuous.

We bought this a year ago and it’s been nothing but problems, and I mean problems. Built my forever home and the washer and dryer suck, the dryer takes 2 cycles to dry a load, but the big problem is the washer. I’ve bought 4 hoses and on our 2nd set of water hoses. I’ve had water now 4 times leak out of the washer all over my new hardwood floors into my basement and flood everything down there. 4 times! I’ve called the guy where we bought them and the service tech and I’m getting no answers. I mean I’ve ripped up the molding, floors you walk on with water seeping up threw the cracks! My dream house is becoming a nightmare because of the washer and the water leaks from it. Oh it’s fixed!! Then again! I’ve had to rip the insulation between the floors Out, water dripping from lights. My new house is getting ruined! I’m a very unhappy customer now I have to file an insurance claim to fix the damage.

Ive only had this washer for a little over month and it has malfunction already. The service guy in my area came out and stated too much detergent was put in the washer which is nonsense. I put the amount he stated to put in the washer malfunction again with wet clothes in washer.

This is the second of this washer I have had . The first one broke within 2 weeks of owning. Sent out repairman and parts were not available for repair fast forward over a month later they called to state they were still not available. Electronic express replaced the first one since I was within a month purchase thankfully. However , now this one is exactly 5 weeks old and is broke just like the first one. Cannot get parts . Do not recommend purchasing this item you cannot get support . Fridgedaire either needs to replace this item with a better one or give me a full refund plus hassle for having to install and remove these items multiple times.
