This dishwasher has taught me what to look for in the next dishwasher once this one dies. I run at least 2 loads a day. Does this wash dishes? Yes. Well? No. Always dirty dishes with every wash. The prongs for plates are too short and bent weird so all the plates fall over, blocking water flow so I have to skip prongs, wasting space. The prongs on the top rack are off, staggered. Why??? The top rack is adjustable but only to low or high, so I removed the topmost flatware rack to make room. Those racks don't work anyway. I also replaced the flatware basket with my old Lg one because it's awkward to the point of frustration in the new basket. Oh and the front door is hinged so tight you have to push it down or else the bottom rack will takeoff and slam into the back of the dishwasher. That set off a water sensor and I couldn't use it for a week until it dried out. Then there is the sprayer arm in the basin, it's totally inadequate. It's like someone who doesn't do dishes designed a dishwasher.

We bought it after our Electrolux ICON dishwasher stopped working after 10 years... most likely due to power surge during hurricane Beryl. We ordered and got it installed via Electrolux. Quick delivery and installation by Electrolux and haul away of the old unit.

Bought a full suite of Electrolux for kitchen remodel. Dual fuel range and refrigerator are great. Dishwasher is HUGE disappointment. High price, poor design/construction. The door torques when you open it and the bottom rack is so cheap and flimsy that when you pull it out the stops don't catch, it tips forward and the tines are so close together that it makes loading anything other than the thinnest of plates difficult which compromises capacity. It feels like a low end Frigidaire model dressed up to look good... a bit of the old adage of lipstick on a pig based on my experience with the product so far.

We had two Electrolux dishwashers we install in 2013. One stopped working and we paid $99 for the guy to come and tell us they don't make replacement parts. (Seems like this could have been handled over the phone) Anyway we bought a new Electrolux since the ones we had really did a good job. Once installed we realized they have really dumbed the new ones down. Not as many cleaning options and the baskets are not near as sturdy and the 2013 model. I'm not sure we will buy the matching unit when the other one goes out.

Poorly engineered. The water pressure supply is more than meets demand, sadly the dishwasher is not capable of washing dirty dishes. It also does not even seem to be capable of rinsing all of the detergent off of the dishes, as you can taste soap residue on your dish ware after a full cycle. The seals leak around the door leak from the lower corners also (after about a year). I would not recommend this appliance. Overpriced, for extremely low performance.
