2 Terrible film on glassware

Terrible film on glassware and tub surrounds. Tried multiple detergents and rinse aides and adjusted settings per the manual. No luck.

1 Do not buy this dishwasher.

Dishwasher handle fell apart one month past warranty. It’s still snug on the door but the grab bar is disengaged. It jiggles and rolls. Upper third cutlery rack wobbles and is hard to pull out and push back in. All racks are wobbly but not as bad as the upper.

1 Terrible quality

After owning this a week there is a popping noise when opening or closing the door. Now we either need to fix it ourselves or pay to have someone fix it. For the price it should work more than a week.

5 Best Dishwasher we’ve ever had!

So happy with how nice the dishwasher looks! It has a very elevated aesthetic. Beyond that, it is simply great at washing dishes. And so quiet! 10 out of 10!

1 stay away!!

Reasons I chose this unit: 1. Recommended by friend. 2. Readily available & in stock. 3. Replacement parts guaranteed for 10 years. 4. It's the newest Electrolux model touted as mid to high end. 5. The price was right as it was on sale. 6. Energy Star, eco friendly, lots of options. Reasons I will NEVER buy or recommend this unit again: 1. It is cheaply made and no where even close to high end. This is entry level junk - plastic, plastic, plastic. My 6 year old Whirlpool was far superior in every way but I was unable to get replacement parts. 2. There are no wheels for easy installation and the metal rails will damage hardwood floors. 3. The "levelling screw" is cheap blue plastic that strips easily and doesn't actually do anything. 4. The input hose attachment is on the left side of the machine so makes it almost impossible to connect with a source on the right. Even a 72" hose wasn't long enough. 5. Customer service is a complete joke so please don't contact me with platitudes and request further information. 6. Not worth the effort even on sale. 7. I could keep going....... If you are looking for an expensive LOW END dishwasher, this is it. I guess the only positive thing is that it washes dishes, so far.
