The third tray for small objects is definitely a bonus. Extra tie downs for stemware and easy rolling drawers make this dishwasher easy and practical to use.

We purchased the Electrolux dishwasher to match our fridge/freezer towers and 36" induction range. Haven't tried them out yet but love the way they look. The 3 shelf design of the dishwasher with concealed controls is what ultimately sold us on this product. Very clean and fits in our custom kitchen beautifully.

I just wanted to say that this dishwasher isn’t as quiet as my previous dishwasher that I had. The second rack isn’t adjustable for height to accommodate taller plastic water bottles. I do like the way the shelves slide out.

After 10 years, old dishwasher quit draining. All my appliances are Electrolux. This dishwasher doesn’t seem quite as fancy as the old one. But it actually cost less! And seems to be doing the job.

I renovated my kitchen and purchased all of my new appliances through Electrolux, worst decision I have ever made. I purchased my appliances early to have on hand when needed, so my dishwasher (among others) was installed post the 30 day return period. At installation the dishwasher did not function as internal parts were broken. I called, waited 5 hours to speak to customer service and they told me they would not replace but send a warranty repair man. He came in August 2024 on a Monday, un-installed my dishwasher and said he would be back that Friday with new parts...never came. The parts were on backorder and after months of follow up, a second repair man came 4 months later in December 2024, finally fixed the broken part but now said other parts were broken and new parts need to be ordered, plus he can't re-install the dishwasher, I need to do that myself. I have spent at minimum 20 hours on the phone with Electrolux who refuses to do anything further, refuses to let me speak to a supervisor and refuses any responsibility. While I understand all appliances can fail, its the horrible customer service Electrolux provides that gives this one star. I will most likely need to buy a new dishwasher to replace my brand new non-functioning dishwasher and it will definitely not be Electrolux!!! For Reference, I purchased the dishwasher, single fridge, single freezer, double oven, induction range, washing machine, dryer, beverage center, wine cooler and vacuum, so I consider myself a high value consumer they had no issues with dumping in the trash.

Stopped working after 1.5 months. It just shuts off mid cycle. The door is flimsy and the front stainless steel panel is very thin - it sounds like tin. I've owned KitchenAid dishwashers but thought I would go with this for a change. Horrific mistake. Incredibly cheap product. Avoid at all costs!
