I am a long time serious cook in my 70s. My 28 year old workhorse gas stove was hanging on by its toes, and finally wasn't going to work anymore. I have only ever cooked with gas, and was nervous about going induction. _x000D_ Well, besides the fact that the stove works perfectly, it is so much fun to learn new ways of cooking using induction. Everything is a little different, but I am mastering it and loving it._x000D_ I may change the 4 to a 5 once I have had a chance to learn all the functions.

This is an awesome range, but you need to keep the manual handy. The induction cooktop is amazing, and the oven works as expected. However, the controls are not intuitive without referring to the manual, especially with the oven. You get used to it, like anything else, but if you have company they'll struggle to use it without asking for help. The rebate process was possibly the best I've ever seen -- it was easy and smooth to fill out and the virtual prepaid card was delivered quickly.

Upon receipt and installation, found that rack slide and anti-tip was not included. Also Upon found that stainless oven door was discolored and oven light did not work. A rack slide was ordered and we subsequently received two boxes , one containing another oven rack and the other a refrigerator shelf. Neither box contained a rack slide. We are waiting on a stainless oven door and hopefully someone will come to fix the oven light.

I love my new induction range. Does not seem to heat up as fast as I thought it would. Used convection with multiple racks and food came out great.

So far everything is going great. We can boil a pot of water in half the time as our old range. Baking is very uniform.

This range works as we had hoped and is a joy to use. Boils water very quickly. It does have some quirks to get used to, like the means to actually start the oven after setting the temperature requires a few clicks through. Additionally, ours had a defective fan after about 10 months, but it was replaced under warranty and they got it to us two days before Thanksgiving, which I appreciated immensely.

This range has a nice simple design along with great features. The knobs are easy to use and cooktop easy to keep clean. The oven controls took a little time to learn and get used to but overall both the oven and cooktop work just as well if not better, with the power function than my gas range. Two things caused my taking off a star are the non fingerprinter resistant stainless, so prints are easily visible; the second is the glass panel for the oven having a slight gap. I hope nothing falls between there. This is a wonderful addition to our home!
