LOVE new washer/Dryer! But, although nice, The two men who delivered and installed them had to read instructions to put them together. The machines are not seated on the pedestal stands correctly and only one of four screws was used to connect them. The washer is set up taller than the dryer because of the way it is sitting on the pedestal stand. They were placed close to where they are supposed to be, but the cords/vent hose on the back are too short to put them back in the correct position. My husband asked about switching them and having the dryer on the left side, but they didn’t know you could change the direction the doors open. He just let them leave them as is and as soon as my husband‘s arm is healed from his surgery, we are going to install them correctly ourselves. I’m loving the quality, color and all of the strings on the washer and dryer. I would definitely recommend buying the set!

I like the height that it lifts the washer and dryer. The drawers are very spacious. I have noticed that it tends to come open at the end of a wash cycle all by itself. Not a big deal though and there may be an adjustment that could be made. I just haven't looked into it yet.

Doors are off center. Small items get caught between the door and rubber seal on washer. Dryer link catcher is too complicated - hard to clean is likely to break. Pedestals are too flimsy and probably will be prone to breaking. All these are super EZ to re-engineer - I’m happy to advise. PLS take constructively - we love Electrolux and hope these will serve your company well in defending the brand and capturing the US market. Biggest criticism - manuals use such tinny font that there 100% useless (no by in our household uses glasses and yet nobody could read these without a magnifying glass) and online it ODF manual were very hard to find. Suggest Electrolux spends few more pennies and print it properly or don’t bother and just provide a QR that takes you straight to the manuals.

At first we only purchased the washer and dryer. After about 2 weeks, I realized that the bending and stooping was hurting my back and legs. That’s when I told hubby we’ve got to get the pedestals. It’s been so much easier. Great quality, sleek look and even more storage for the laundry room. We also get a lot of compliments from visitors.

I have always had a top loader washing machine and overall didn’t want a front loader. But since I decided to purchase a front loader washer and dryer I am in love with how easy it is to use. Also how much amount of clothes it actually can hold. I love that I can adjust the doors to my comfort of use. I like that the dryer does not over dry your clothes, it is just the right amount of heat. Ian glad I purchased this brand.
