We didn't originally order these when purchasing the Washer and Dryer, but after talking to a few other people decided to get them and so glad we did. Makes the washer and dryer much easier to get into and provides a lot of extra storage which removed much of the clutter in the laundry room.

Our Electrolux washer is nearly my favorite thing ever, however, it is very short and bending down to pull out clothes is really difficult. We had built an in-place pedestal at our old home, but moving to our new home, remembered exactly why we had done so. This time we decided to splurge on the Electrolux pedestals (which are VERY tall - 15") and now that they are installed, my laundry reach is no longer an issue

Negative experience on order placement, wrong appliance delivery, open box issues, delivery dates mix ups, refund issue and no one from management responds, issue escalation does not exist. Feel bad for customers service reps to take heat for irresponsible management. Electrolux should be condemned and sued for not honoring customers time . Proper incentives and reimbursement should be given to customer inconveniences, missing work , days off due to schedule installation . $50-75 credit does not justify for wages lost. Service should be like Amazon prime. Refund for wrong item took over 58 day. Everyone points ed out to policies- refund can not be processed until receipt if old appliance is submitted by installer.?? Just bizarre nightmare I went thru. Original order place September 29 and final delivery & installed on 11/19 and took 5-6 times scheduled & failed delivery. This is NOT at all reasonable and my time is worth way more than the value of washer & dryer w pedestal together.

It gives a good height. I’m currently having back issues therefore this pedestal is helping me from bending while loading and unloading the laundry. It’s easy to glide in and out and also provides a large storage for laundry necessities which is a plus. I am very happy with this purchase.

Smooth operation. Great surface material easily cleans. However, each pedestal has slots indicating space dividers would have been included but none came with the delivery. Should there have been? And if yes, how do I obtain these dividers? I used same in my older W/D set and much prefer to have them with my new set.

Our new front load washer and dryer were installed on pedestals in the titanium color. The installer was a little baffled in that the washer and dryer had to be installed with the brackets in different places, but once he figured it out, all good. He did not do a good job leveling the washer, so I did it myself in about 10 minutes, no problem. Looks very nice!
