I bought a microwave before this, installed it, and then realized that I needed a zero clearance door or it would be hitting the kitchen cupboards beside it. This microwave is exactly what I needed for that and it runs quiet as well. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Bought this one to replace an older GE unit and this item was pretty much exactly the same dimensions. Easy installation and appearance wise it matches quite well with our oven. Seems to be will built with a nice finish and really impressed with how quiet it is (both the oven operations and fan operations) and it has a good range of features.

I bought this as a replacement. My last purchase lasted all of 5 years. Only two people using it. The door hinges which made the connection to the inside of the microwave were no longer working and therefore shorting the power. It seems by the length and direction of the new hinges have been adjusted possibly due to other complaints. Interesting to note my previous 5 y/o model has been discontinued! Really had no other option but to buy another one to fill the cavity in my wall.
