I bought this a month ago and there have been 4 attempts to mount this microwave, all totally unsuccessful. The microwave has not been used, the mounting panel is on order. And now I am told the microwave is not returnable despite being unmountable and therefore unusable. Extremely disappointing and frustrating to say the least.

This unit replaces another brand that was nothing but trouble, never buy one that doesn’t have a pull handle! We’ve had our new one for over a month and works great.

Very happy with delivery less than a week after ordered. Has all of the features we required and we especially like the over stove top lighting and bright time readout.
