I did buy this a month ago, and I find it simple to use, ,,,, does not have a whole lot of options, that make it hard to work,, , I love it, I hope it will work well many years,,

Our previous microwave had 20 years of service. If our new Frigidaire gives us that length of service it will be amazing. So far we love the look above the oven and love the ease of use,

Was at a great price, very spacious inside, works well. Haven't tested all the features but does what is expected very well. Can't give it 5 stars yet until I use all the functions but I am sure it is 5 star worthy.

Bought the microwave v about a month ago. It works exactly as expected. The digital screen is nice and bright. The key pay is also large and easy to read - not too reflective. Definitely more powerful than my last one, so there's a bit of an adjustment

I have had it a year & 6 months, before it stopped. I bought extended warranty. They referred me to their repair company, who told me, they can’t get to it for 3 weeks. I called Electrolux back & told them this is unacceptable. They told me, if I can get a company to fix it, I pay the bill, they will reimburse me. I have my suspicions they won’t reimburse me all my money. Next time you shop for an appliance, ask who & where their repair company is. Before you buy.
