I bought this freezer and I am so glad I did. First time buying a major appliance and I am very satisfied with this freezer. I love that it is upright and offered in the brushed metal.

The features are nice especially the frost free feature. Unfortunately we have a problem with the door not sealing. We called regarding this problem and we received help with contacting a warranted service for repair. We are hopeful they will be able to fix this problem quickly since we have a freezer full of meat.

I bought this freezer about 2 weeks ago because I was tired of having to move things around in my refrigerator/freezer to find anything! I freeze vegetables and my husband hunts which means a refrigerator with the bottom freezer just wasn’t cutting it. This was the perfection solution to our situation!

after changeing the hindge to the other side holes didn't line up . drilled out a larger hole and added washers

Works and looks fine, but upon switching the door to pull the other way, I found the gasket seal was squished too much for it to seal properly. Part backordered.

Have had this freezer for about a month now, and it’s quiet and spacious. Unfortunately, the gasket along the top of the door is defective and does not completely seal, so we’ve ordered a replacement gasket. Switching the door hinge was also a bit of a project, but doable.

I purchased this Frigidaire Freezer a month or so ago from a local appliance store. The quality seems good. It has metal shelves which I like. i have not plugged it in yet, hence the 4 star rating. I am sure that it will work well, but didn't want to over rate it till I know how it works for sure.
