Bought this about a month ago because our old freezer was making "noises" and we didn't want to chance losing the $1000 or so of stuff in it. _x000D_ We are glad we chose this freezer because it is the right size for a small family, quieter, has a warning alarm if the door is open, and runs much quieter. Really pleased with this purchase!

So many features but has a small footprint. Lots of flexibility with adjustable shelves and it's so easy to see everything in the freezer at once. The door is reversible but takes a bit of time to accomplish. Super happy with the freezer!

All it needs is a lock! If it had one I would have rated 5 stars. Everything else about it is great. Lots of shelf space and good lighting. Great big size!

Purchased last July_x000D_ _x000D_ Compressor quit and spoiled food, flashing light but no audible alarm. Unit takes different refrigerant less common. Very few qualified or trained to work on these units. So extended warranty may be advisable.
