Very happy with my purchase. We really needed extra freezer space and this freezer has a TON of space. It’s well-made, seems durable, and layout is great. I’m so happy they offered it in the brushed steel because it’s WAY nicer looking than the typical white freezer. It’s actually why we chose Frigidaire over the other brands available. So happy with my purchase!

Really like that there is a light inside and out because it is in a dark basement. Door shelves are much more sturdy than the ones in my previous freezer.

we are so disappointed in this freezer. The frost builds up so thick that items will not sit evenly on the wire shelves. Everything slides forward or sideways/ . We are only into the freezer about twice a week. The door is suction tight - even hard to open. So that is not the problem.

We had the freezer on and carefully followed all the recommendations and did not over fill the freezer while it cooled down to the 'normal' temperature, but it frosted up and along the two top shelves and even down to the control on the lower half! You could not move the control easily to change the temp to the 'cold' setting. I eventually managed to set to the 'cold' setting and what a mistake the green light started flashing and the frozen food melted as the temp rose. I immediately switched back to 'normal' and the temp continued to rise. I had to switch the power off to reset the unit. It sure seems like a computer issue with this freezer plus you need to go through all the hoops and wait while your freezer is not working to get a replacement. NOT GOOD SERVICE for an appliance purchased less than 30-days ago. We do not open the door often and I placed a humidistat next to unit as well as a professional thermometer in unit

Purchased this and refrigerant pipe behind freezer cracked. Was out of warranty 1 week and customer service told me in essence too bad. No offer to assist.

Our old Maytag upright freezer lasted 10 years. We “upgraded” to this stainless steel Frigidaire model and did not get the warranted as we were so impressed by the longevity of the last freezer we had. All that to say as soon as the warrantee was expired the freezer stopped working.

We bought this freezer a few weeks ago and love it. It is large, easy to organize and can see all the frozen food. It would be nice to have one or two more clear pull out drawers for maller items.

Very nice looking freezer, works well, efficient. We had to change the way the door opened, it was very easy to do and not complicated at all. Highly recommend!_x000D_ Bonus is finger prints don’t show!!!
