Bought the freezer in January it is what I expected.very quiet,sleek appearance,interior is very accessible the dial is easy to use.the green light is an excellent feature if the freezer is opened for long.works great

Had problem with the seal once I reversed the doors. Call support. They schedule tech on site. He fixed it. Great freezer. Short cable to plug it in the wall. Had to call Electrician move plug for the power cable to plug into outlet. Otherwise it is great freezer

We bought this a month ago and we are still working on filling it to capacity but it has been a godsend for finding the foods we need and ensuring proper rotation of food!

Although I haven't had this freezer long, it works as expected. I would like to have the power light be dimmer, as on hardwood or tile floors it casts a lot of the green light. having said that its hard not to notice if it goes off.

So far the freezer is working as advertised. Only problem so far is that the leveling legs are too short. Needed to put a shim under front legs to level appliance.
