This dishwasher has a much smaller capacity than my previous dishwasher of the same size. It’s also quite loud. However, it works very well and cycles don’t take too long.

I've went through the troubleshooting list, verifying correct water pressure, repositioning dishes, ensuring the machine itself is clean, etc. Most of the dishes that come out after a wash cycle have to be hand washed before use. Very disappointed in this product.

The dishwasher cleans the dishes well. When the cycle ends and dries it, dishes are still soaked. The wheels fell off during a wash and had to put back on. It was an easy fix but for a new dishwasher would think a little better quality. Does the job though.

This dishwasher came with our new house and will never purchase another appliance by this company because of our experience. The first dishwasher started an electrical fire that thankfully my husband and I smelled before a real fire started. When the repair person came to fix the dishwasher, the pan was completed ruined and wires were melted. The person said they had never seen this in their entire career. Before this incident, the dishwasher left dishes dirty, never dried the dishes fully, and half the time would shut off mid cycle or would leave water in the bottom after finishing. Trying to get the replacement was an absolute horror and took way too long. We now have our replacement and are seeing warning signs of the same problem as the first one. We have already had a repair person to come fix the replaced dishwasher. Very unsatisfactory..... DO NOT RECOMMEND. Awful design, incompetent engineering, and suspect once the warranty is up we will have to buy a different brand.

This was purchased to replace an old kenmore. I think this model is a plain and very basic dishwasher; you pay for what you get. It cleans the dishes fine, but water is left on top of all the cups even using dry heat option. it also sounds loud, which is fine for us but if you want a quiet washer this isn't! overall it is small, but tall and cleans the dishes fine.
