I bought this two months ago from Lowes and it was being sold at a good budget price for our needs._x000D_ _x000D_ However, two months later there was a failure in the float which caused the unit to flood all over our kitchen floor._x000D_ _x000D_ It took ten days for a service technician to arrive to repair it which meant we could not use the dishwasher during that time._x000D_ _x000D_ Getting a hold of the service department literally took an hour on hold._x000D_ _x000D_ This is our experience and so cannot honestly recommend this product to other customers looking to buy a reliable budget dishwasher.

The dishwasher failed to turn on 1 week after install. Fortunately under warranty but still inconvenient to have the new dishwasher fail to work so soon after installation. Appliance repair has to come to tell us that it will take 2 weeks to order part. Not very happy with the new dishwasher.

The jet finish really puts this dishwasher above others. It’s very easy to use and clean. It’s makes little no noise and works great.

2 weeks after purchasing this dishwasher the detergent dispenser cup broke. Instead of placing the detergent pod in the cup I ended up having to toss it directly into the tub of the washer. Took hours and hours of phone hold time to finally reach customer service. A repairman came out to look at the problem and order a new dispenser cup. I am now awaiting for the part to arrive and then for another repair person will install it.

Does not dry smells moldy. This was placed in a new home. Be prepared to dry all your dishes by hand

I’ve run my new diseasher 4 times. Very quiet, simple to operate. Unit isn’t as well made as my Kenmore frim the ‘80s. I’ve noticed lots of water spots even using Finish in the dispensor. Kenmore did not spot.

I bought this dishwasher about a month and a half ago! My dishwasher works even better than I expected! On days when I cook and bake all day my dishwasher gets ran several times and I have no issues with it whatsoever.
