I had this dishwasher brand new for 2 weeks, it wouldn't fill, and the buttons barely worked....I returned it to Home Depot

This dishwasher is just "ok". Has had a very plasticky smell to it since we bought it, which was 2 months. Also, the rinse aid dispenser cap fell off into the bottom and melted after only about 2 weeks. When you contact the company they tell you you have to buy the whole dispenser to replace it which will cost about $70. The dishwasher is not quiet like they claim it is. Echos through the house when running. Also the door makes a awful screeching noise when you open and close it. I gave it a fair rating because it washes the dishes pretty well now that I replaced the cap, but for what I paid I expected a lot more. It seems very cheaply made and I would not purchase it again if I had to do it over.

Got the box home and found it was leaking water set machine up and it was wet on the inside which I looked up on line and it said this happens after testing so I was loading the machine and found my tall glasses couldn’t go on the top rack plus the controls are hard to use have press the buttons a couple of times to get it started also the machine is pretty noisy I’m very disappointed with this dishwasher

I built a new house and this was the appliances that came with the house. The buttons are very hard to activate. The only features offered on the dishwasher is high temperature, hour wash or normal. I would not recommend this product for a new house.

This was part of a basic kitchen package in a new construction home. The buttons are difficult to push and require force. There are not many options as far as the wash type and temperature. There is only a 4 hour delay option (no two hour). If you set the delay option but then open the dishwasher, it cancels the delay. It has a small capacity and the parts feel cheap. If it had not come as part of a package, I probably would have picked a different dishwasher._x000D_ On the positive, it cleans my dishes and dries them better than other dishwashers I have used (with use of drying agent).
