Works great and heats evenly. Easy to clean. Only concern is it is hard to tell if heat is on without looking at dial which is a hazard.

We bought this to replace our prior cooktop as part of a kitchen re-do. Factors in our choice were the positive reviews, the color, and the easy-to-read knobs. The cooktop was very easy to install, and fit like a glove into the existing space. We are especially pleased to find it is more efficient than our previous cooktop: it heats faster and provides very good control over the temperature for cooking and simmering.

DIY installation to replace fancy schmancy digital finger touch cooktop._x000D_ #1: Wife struggles with cooking._x000D_ #2: Digital touch screen controls are confusing when small temp changes are wanted._x000D_ #3: Kitchen gets real loud when stuff boils over, or won't boil at all._x000D_ #4: Replacement installation was easy, even for me._x000D_ #5: Knobs on RHS do not interfere with cooking pots and pans at all._x000D_ #6: Quick boil feature is nice. So is dual size control on RF burner._x000D_ #7: Surface cools off quickly. _x000D_ #8: Meets and exceeds spousal approval (even dog approval!)_x000D_ #9: Our kitchen is much quieter now.
