As a trained chef with over 20 years in professional kitchens, I always dreamed of a swanky gas range for my home kitchen remodel. But then my grandma introduced me to her induction range, and just like that, my gas dreams were dashed—induction had stolen my heart!_x000D_ _x000D_ After exploring numerous models, I was particularly impressed by the Frigidaire Gallery. With over a dozen cooking settings, including a steam bake option that’s a game-changer, this oven is built for culinary magic. The settings are incredibly intuitive, leaving little room for error—perfect for both seasoned chefs and home cooks alike. And let’s not forget air sous vide, steam roast, and air fry—what more could a culinary wizard want?_x000D_ _x000D_ Let’s talk size: 6.2 cu ft of baking bliss! I can whip up 4-6 loaves of bread simultaneously, all baking evenly. Those dual oven lights? They’re like having a personal spotlight for my culinary masterpieces—no more squinting at a dim glow! Plus, the temperature probe ensures my roasts are cooked to perfection—no more guessing games!_x000D_ _x000D_ The induction cooktop is a revelation with five burners, including two that bridge to create a larger cooking space. As a cat owner, I appreciate that my feline friend can lounge on the stove without fear of singeing his whiskers. The burners even auto shut off if you remove the pan for a few seconds—no more “Oops, did I leave that on?” moments. Plus, it boils water faster than I can say “tea time,” and cleanup is a breeze._x000D_ _x000D_ Overall, the Frigidaire Gallery is a fantastic range for its price point, and I’m thrilled I made this choice. Move over gas; induction is here to stay!

I really wanted to love this unit. However due to the controllers being on top you lose a lot of surface area and because the burners are smaller with small magnets you are forced to use smaller pots. There is no way I’ll be able to do any canning on this stove because of this. Also because the controls to turn the burners on are on the surface they are very touchy and sometimes don’t respond to your touch. Not to mention that if water splashes on to the front where the controls are it will beep and if you aren’t quick enough to clean up the splatters it will turn off. I wish we would have went with the lower end stove and had more space and better control for the burners, and while the oven has a lot of features it doesn’t come with an air fryer basket so you would need to add that cost in to purchasing the stove if you actually want to use the air fryer option. I do not feel like the extra oven features are worth the extra cost specially when you lose cook top space and have a control board that is trick to use.

Bought the 30” gallery induction stove a week ago and we cannot get the stovetop burners to stay on while cooking, we have cookware rated for induction and it’s getting frustrating! Oven works great but it doesn’t matter if the burner setting is 3 or up to 9, the whole top shuts off every 3-4 minutes, turn the power on immediately and reset the burners to where we want them and with 5 minutes the whole stovetop shuts off again while the oven keeps going, oven is great but we can’t go on like this. Store says yeah they shut off randomly…. Time to get our money back and look for a different brand that you can cook on.

This is my second induction stove in 10 years. Love the technology. Responsive like gas but stovetop is easier to clean. Airfry is fantastic and Brussels sprouts turned out just like a restaurant. Steam bake for French bread was amazing,_x000D_ Much better results. Only thing I would add is a traditional warming element for the teapot. We adapted by buying a steel plate with handle which works for the glass teapot

I received my induction range about a month ago and it has been really great! I appreciate that the elements won’t turn on without a pan on them and the digital top shows exactly which element you are using. It’s fantastic to not have any dials on the front or top to bang into while cooking. The different features on the oven are fantastic and the screen there is super easy to use._x000D_ _x000D_ My only less than ideal note is the touch screen on the top. Perhaps I’m just not used to it, but aside from the power button, there is no clue on where to press to get what you want and often it’s not responsive at all, so you are left pressing the different spots with varying degrees off the logical one to try and hit the right spot to make it respond. I have yet to figure out the right spots and often don’t end up with the setting I want the first or second time. The power button doesn’t even work without a good amount of pressure, which has annoyed both myself and my household. I can imagine that there is possibly a safety feature so it doesn’t get turned on accidentally, but it’s not like the elements would get hot without first a pan on it and second the element itself turned on. A more accurately responsive touch panel would really put this thing over the top.
