We bought this when we moved into our home. I love the sleek and modern look. The burners reach temperature quickly and all the different modes are a cooks dream! It's a true convection oven and food always comes out perfectly done. My only complaint is that there is no lock to prevent the oven screen reacting to accidental touch. Clean up is also super easy.

We bought this model a month back. Within a week, there were water spots in the induction stove. Within three weeks, there were white spots in one of the burner. 3 different people tried cleaning the range with cleaning solution meant for ceramic/glass stove top but the water spots and white spots did not disappear. In terms of functionality, power went off suddenly after cooking for the day. We had to pull the plug off and put it back to power on the stove. When contacted Frigidaire, they told us that these are cosmetic changes and not covered under warranty. The quality of range seems to be so bad that there are blemishes within a month which is not acceptable for cost paid for this range. The service also seems to be poor as no one as answers to why the spots appear within short period of time. This is last time we will be getting a Frigidaire product.

Bought this in April of 2024 and it was a disaster. I'll not go into too much detail on that as I may simply have received a lemon and Frigidaire, to their credit, replaced the unit with a new one. _x000D_ _x000D_ The replacement range itself seems to be functioning more or less properly so far. There are issues and (in my opinion) design flaws. Issue 1. The oven, both with the original unit and the replacement seems to operate well below the temperature set and displayed. With the original, it was routinely 40 degrees below the set value and with the new one, 20 degrees. For both we allowed enough preheat time for the oven to announce it was up to heat but raising the temp by 1 degree it would reveal the lower temp and start to count up the temp to the newly set value. Subsequent temp checks would show the same issue, a 40 or 20 degree drop depending on the unit. The manual tells us how to adjust the oven for this and we are working through that now. I know ovens have temperature ranges and 25 or maybe 30 degree swings are considered normal but 40 degrees is not. Also, we did not experience swings, it was always the lower temp._x000D_ _x000D_ The cooktop, this is where I feel the design is flawed. When we bought this I was happy to have touch controls, seemed like a good idea. In practice however it is not. Not for us. Not these controls. The touch panels are not as sensitive as they could be forcing you to rest your finger on a button for a long times (or at least what seems a long time compared to modern touch technology on my mobile phone) or tapping several times to register the touch. _x000D_ _x000D_ And so many annoying extra steps. To use a burner you must (Step 1) turn on the cooktop (or prepare the cooktop to be turned on seems more accurate). All it does is arms the sensors that detect cookware on the cooktop. You then have to (Step 2) place a pan on an element so the cooktop detects it has a pan in place and then (Step 3) it allows you to turn on the element, but not really turn it on only to (Step 4) turn on the temperature controls which (finally) produces heat and begins the actual cooking experience. If you don't place a pan on a cooking surface or turn on the element or set a temperature the cooktop will shut down and you must start the process again. Also, if you are cooking and want to remove the pan from the surface for some reason you have only a few seconds to replace it before the cooktop shuts off. I believe this last feature may be a common one amongst most or all induction cooktop ranges._x000D_ _x000D_ The cooktop controls themselves are positioned or oriented in such a way that it is very easy to accidentally change temperatures or shut off elements or the whole cooktop. There is a line separating the cooking area and the control area of the cooktop. It is located about 4 inches (10cm) from the front of the cooktop. If you are using a large frying pan and trying to centre it on the front element it comes very close to the line and in the cooking process I find my pans sometimes move a little. Guess what moving part of the pan over the line does? Yup, shuts off the cooktop. In a busy kitchen you may not notice it shutting down and come back to the stove to find everything cooling. _x000D_ _x000D_ It can be very difficult to set a temperature on the cooktop. Perhaps I have fat fingers but when I try for a setting, 6 say, it might go to 5 or 6 or 7. Also sometimes the setting changes only to revert back to the original as I lift my finger off the controls._x000D_ _x000D_ Lastly in my critique, spills. Spills and spatters on the control surface can shut off the cooktop and you mightn't be able to restart it until it is all cleaned off. _x000D_ _x000D_ Old school dial controls on the cooktop might (might, depending upon implementation) improve this produce immensely._x000D_ _x000D_ _x000D_ I cannot recommend anybody buy this item, I wish I had not. The new one seems to work well enough (for now) but the shortcomings are such that I feel you should look at another model or brand.

Love this range. It’s so fancy I still find myself consulting the manual to make sure I’m using it correctly. It heats up so quickly and cooks things really well.

Great space inside the oven. Can fit two turkey roasters side by side in the oven and have room on the other shelf for multiple casserole dishes. Instant heat on the induction cooktop to a a game changer and also easy to clean!!

I changed from an electric top to this new stove with Induction. This is something that I have used and my family uses in Europe everyday. Finally it is coming to Canada. I haven't done much with the oven but I have airfried meat twice and will not do it again as the smoke produced using the optional rack and cookie sheet below is huge and sets off my smoke detectors. No matter where I place the rack it also still hits the bottom of the oven as well. The temperature is also off quite a bit with the sensor I will have to recalibrate which I have never had to do with an oven in the past._x000D_ _x000D_ The top though is powerful and works extremely well. I have used the ceramic cleaner as recommended, did it 3 times before I used it to coat the top but I still managed to get a scratch on it which is disappointing. _x000D_ _x000D_ Overall I am pleased with the unit and it works well. Price and features sold me on it.
