Bought a new washer and dryer on December 27. Delivered second week of January and new dryer wouldn't work. Turns on for 3-4 seconds then shuts off regardless of setting. No issues with vent or anything else in our home. They sent us a new dryer on Jan 25th which also did not work and did the same thing. Delivering guys were confused and tried troubleshooting it but obviously a defective product yet again. Will be returning both washer and dryer and buying a different brand. Very disappointed as it's been one month now without working laundry equipment.

I would have given it 5 stars, but the door seal design is poor. It doesn't seal around the lint filter compartment and much of the lint collects at the bottom of the door seal after every dry cycle. Then I have to clean it and the glass by hand which I should not have to. The dryer is perfect other than this silly design flaw.

Very pleased with this dryer. Replaced a Whirlpool which had given good service but the new ones are definitely a cheaper build with plastic window in the door rather than the Electrolux glass

I have nothing bad to say...I replaced my 13 years old Whirlpool duet with this duo. I just love them.
