The dryer works very well. So much so that even though my washer is in excellent condition and a perfect match for colour, I considered buying the matching washing machine. My only suggestion is that the notification chime is so quiet, it is impossible to hear it unless you are in the same room as the dryer. Which means it is useless since if you are in the same room, you can see the well illuminated dial. The "Towels" setting is excellent._x000D_ My problem is with the matching pedestal and Electrolux non-support. The pedestal was missing the installation kit and the drawer divider(s). Eventually, I found out that Electrolux does not supply the 4 brackets and 16 screws as a part.. So, instead of sending me the part, I had to return pedestal, for which I paid $60 in shipping and order a complete replacement pedestal. Not very efficient! When I called Electrolux to obtain the missing part I became very familiar with IDA, the automated system for information collection, as I was asked for the same information three different times as well as two more times by an attendant. It seems the information collected is never passed on to whoever you speak with. My call was transferred five different times before I refused to go through another transfer which I am sure would have brought me back to IDA again. I was on the phone for over an hour with no assistance._x000D_ I contacted the vendor for a solution and they the ones who gave me the information about no separate installation kit (via their contact with Electrolux) and ordered me another pedestal to be delivered. So, the support via the Electrolux contact number was non-existent.

I bought this product a month ago and am delighted with the performance so far. The dryer capacity is huge and the variety of settings offers endless possibilities for customized drying. I particularly appreciate the Ecodry and more environmentally conscious and fabric sensitive settings.

Purchased about two weeks ago and am happy with its efficiency with drying, esp the Dry Boost. One cycle gets everything dry which is great. It’s pretty quiet also!

The original dryer arrived dead on arrival. After two service call, it was replaced. _x000D_ _x000D_ Not as good as our previous LG

Our old dryer was overheating and became a fire risk so we bought this new Electrolux to replace it. Works perfectly. Clothes are dry every time. No more "dang, forgot a load in a dryer and it was moist and now it all smells and needs a rewash.". Time will tell if paying extra will result in longer life. ?

I bought the washer/ dryer set 5 months ago and both have already needed to be repaired and ultimately replaced already. The replacement dryer is also having issues (rattling noises) that are under review for repair. I will never purchase another Electrolux appliance.
