We bought the washer and dryer a few months ago and the lint trap keeps popping out and smashes around in the dryer drum which causes pieces of clothing to get sucked into the vent and blocks the dryer vent and motor. This has happened 3 times so far.

Dryer is only a few months old and cannot get it to start. The door latch seems to be loose. But when I type in the serial number, it doesn’t come up.

Nous avons acheté l'ensemble laveuse-sécheuse. Le jour de la livraison, nous avons immédiatement fait le test de notre duo. Première déception, la laveuse ne fonctionne pas, il n'y a pas d'eau qui entre dans la laveuse code erreur 11. Par contre la sécheuse semble très bien fonctionner. Home dépôt accepte aussitôt de nous faire le remplacement de la laveuse dans un délai de 7 jours ouvrable. Jour de la livraison 2, nous essayons aussitôt notre nouvelle laveuse et merveille tout fonctionne. Premier lavage le jour même et au moment de mettre dans la sécheuse, cette dernière refuse de fonctionner! Home dépôt nous transfère au service électrolux, qui pour seule réponse va nous envoyer un réparateur pour une sécheuse qui n'a même pas encore effectué un seul séchage!!! Ridicule, de constater la pière qualité de leur laveuse et sécheuse et le service inexistant pour le remplacement d'appareil ayant zéro jour d'existance réelle. Jamais plus jamais électrolux. Je souhaite simplement trouver la façon de me débarrasser de ces appareils que je n'ai même pas encore utilisé!

It’s pretty quiet and I like the variety of cycle options. Love the light when you open the door and I can’t believe how large it actually is. Very happy with my purchase

We bought this unit in June 2023 and in September 2023, it stopped working. Electrolux did cover the expense of fixing as it was under warranty, but it took almost three weeks from the time I called Electrolux to it being fixed. It was quite frustrating as this was a brand new dryer and I had to call Costco once, Electrolux twice and the repair company three times and then make sure I was at home and available when they arrived.

After a move we found ourselves in need of replacement washer/dryer much sooner than anticipated. We chose Electrolux over other brands based on reviews. Easy to navigate the options and we are most pleased with our choice. I highly recommend!

Moved to a much smaller space and new machines had to be stacked. so far all good. although there are many options I am just getting used to using my new machine and I stick to time dry and a few others.
