I have had the lint trap pop out on this dryer. The first time it occurred, the laundry was pulled into the machine through the lint trap access and caught in the blower fan. This cracked the blower fan. It was under warranty but the wait time in the interior is outrageous. They would not reimburse the cost with a local repair company. Ate the cost, fixed the fan, only to have the lint trap pop out again and pull in my laundry. Now am without a dryer again, while I wait several weeks for an approved Electrolux repair person who covers the entire interior of BC. I would have been better off buying a new dryer than trying to deal with this design flaw. _x000D_ Customer service was poor. Would not recommend the brand or product.

Great quality machine. Easy to use. Really love the refresh setting, in 10 minutes the steam helps get wrinkles and makes clothes smell like they were just washed if you throw in a bounce sheet. I barely use my iron now. It's really great hiw quiet it is, the unit we replaced would keep us awake if it was running late, thus one can't even tell its on.

After a few dryings, the device is noisy. It constantly emits a high-pitched whistling sound.
