I've had this dryer for a few weeks. It has been working very well, drying the clothes quickly and efficiently. I am very happy with the purchase.

I bought this almost a year ago and bought the stacking kit.. It works great until one day I closed the door and it malfunctioned and door lock engaged and wouldn't open again. NO EMERGENCY UNLOCK! _x000D_ Under warranty and still took TWO WEEKS to fix. They had to unstack to access the door lock by removing the top of the washer. Seems like overkill. If it wasn't under warranty we'd have been screwed. Customer Service was a complete nightmare. They couldn't help me because the serial number is found in the locked door and they recommended local warranty contractors that when we called didn't even service electrolux machines. Such a stressful headache.

We recently bought this dryer as it was highly recommended but so far we are very disappointed. The first dryer was delivered damaged (dented and scratched). The second dryer makes rumbling (rattling) noises. The timing sensor for the load to be dry seems to be a bit inaccurate. The display indicator ciclers are too tiny, hard to read which cycle is selected. Cannot turn off the dryer door light off right away, it stays on for 3 minutes unless you close the door. It's easy to hit with you legs the extended door handle on Electrolux washer/dryers, they should have integrated door grip like many other appliances. Don't like the black color display pannel, hard to read. it should grey like on the 300 series. The repair technician was here and is still waitng for Electrolux advise!

From the first use, we felt that a hammering noise was coming from the dryer. At first, we thought it was related to the steam water line, but even without water, the noise continued. So we contacted the repairman responsible for the warranty, Atelier G.Paquette in Quebec, who mentioned that it was a factory defect; the drum weld was hitting against the front. Although he attempted to fix it, as soon as the dryer is used in high or sanitize mode, the hammering noise is unbearable. They will come back to check... It's a shame when you buy an appliance at this price to already have had 2 technician visits in less than a month. Except for this noise, the dryer does its job well.

I purchased our new Electrolux dryer about three weeks ago. I absolutely love it! Love all the features, love the overall quality of the dryer compared to other competitors. It’s a solid machine. I would highly recommend this dryer.

Purchased a laundry pair when my washer stopped working. Love the new dryer, it’s efficient and quiet, and the clam shell-like lint trap is amazing! Captures everything… when you have pet hair to contend with, this is a great feature!!
