5 LOVE this freezer!

I wish I would have taken pics beforehand! This freezer has SO MUCH SPACE! You can see everything with ease. Nice bright lighting. I've loaded it up and still have room for more. I was so disappointed when my old.freezer died and worried about finding another._x000D_ EXTREMELY happy with this one!

5 Makes Things Cold, Real Cold

When our 15 year old Frigidaire freezer quit freezing we headed to our favorite appliance store, Spencer's. Russ was awesome and got us just what we needed. Love that the door can be switched to either side. Love the addition of the exterior LED light that tells us our freezer is freezing. If we get another 15 years out of this one...we will be very satisfied. We live our Frigidaire.

5 Great Value

I love my upright freezer. I especially like that it is frost-free. It is very quiet and the feature with the light on the outside is great. This allows me to know when the freezer is off. Also, like the alarm when the freezer is opened too long. Very pleased and I definitely got a great deal.

5 Technology simply needed a change of a plug

We purchased the new freezer nearly a month ago and and it was delivered shortly thereafter. It worked briefly that day and then stopped. The Frigidare service man said it was plugged into a GFI electrical outlet and that the new technology would not work with it. The previous freezer had used that plug. Our electrician then came and replaced it with _x000D_ the appropriate outlet and the freezer has been working fine.

3 Just run of the mill

I bought this freezer on line from Home Depot in the middle of November and it was delivered just after Thanksgiving. The seal on the freezer was virtually non-existant and I wouldn't have accepted delivery but I didn't realize it until after the delivery people were gone. The freezer immediately began to build up ice. I called Home Depot and they put me in contact with Frigidare. They refused to send someone out to correct the problem and said they would send out a new seal that I would have to install myself. It was suppose to arrive in 7 to 10 days. It is now 3 weeks later and I still haven't received the new seal. So I am still taping the door shut and constantly seal the original seal for gaps and temporarily closing those gaps. I would not recommend this product and I think customer service is poor.
