I did some research and determined that this was the best freezer for me in this size range. It's a great value and has the features that I was looking for. This is a replacement for my six-year old freezer of a different brand that quit working, and I decided to give Frigidaire a chance this time. It was easy to set-up, and seems to have good air distribution and stay at a consistent temperature throughout the interior. So far, I'm very happy with it.

I wanted an upright and not too big - this fills the bill perfectly. like the alarm feature that lets you know if the door is left open

Purchased to replace an aging 30+year old freezer. BUT, it's more than a replacement as it turns out. It's quiet, clean, bright light and maintains a constant temperature. The door seal is unbelievably good. The green led cast on the floor to indicate power on is great, for past 5 years I'd been opening the door of the old one. It sits in our garage, but I understand it was designed for that environment... I placed a freezer thermometer in it (just like in my old one), it's been at zero, everytime I've opened it. Excellent, Perfect for us.

The temperature of this freezer swings from -10 to +20 over a couple of days. That is a very large temperature fluctuation when the freezer isn’t even being opened much. It is about 25 degrees more fluctuation than my Whirlpool freezer. I’ve emailed customer service to determine if this is normal but haven’t heard back for more than 2 weeks. Other than this serious concern, the freezer would be fine.

Never got to freezing in first two days- Home Depot would not take it back - difficult process to have a repair person come out - main control board was inoperable - haven't heard when replacement is due - not sure I can ever trust this appliance again.

Due to the pandemic caused urgency to stay at home and to only grocery shop when absolutely necessary we decided to purchase a freezer, an upright freezer that would be aesthetically pleasing to the eye due to the location in our open concept condo._x000D_ We have to say that this upright is not only pleasing to the eye in brush stainless steel but it also works extremely well, keeps the food frozen, is amazingly quiet and the design of both the exterior and the interior are simplification at it's finest. _x000D_ Did I mention frost free?_x000D_ Did I mention the price point was amazing as well?_x000D_ This is one amazing freezer Frigidaire, well done!

We just ordered this from Costco online and received it 7 days later. Very reasonably priced and a must have with purchasing in bulk during this Covid time. Like everyone is saying this is exceptional quality for the price. Barely a whisper when it’s running. 5 stars !

We had our unit delivered on Oct. 9/20. The following day we decided to reverse the hinges for the to open left outward. Following the instructions, there is a gap along the top corner and the side. The freezer is developing frost and ice build-up on the inside. _x000D_ Frigidaire please assist.
