I bought this freezer online and had it delivered. I had no idea the features it had. There is a light at the bottom that lets you know the freezer is on and if the door is left ajar there is an alarm that lets you know. I really appreciate these little things.

I can't really give a fair review as I've had this freezer for only 3 weeks. So far so good but only time can tell as to it's operational longevity. The only issue I had was the length of time it took from ordering online to actual delivery--3 months, but I understand that COVID is affecting manufacturing and shipping. I trust Frigidaire products and will continue to purchase their line of appliances.

I have only had this product for a few months but works well and fits nicely in the space we had available. The green light on the bottom also makes a handy night light.

Our 18 cu ft freezer aged out, and the closest we could come for dimensions that work in our garage was this model. Love the taller, skinnier shape and smaller footprint. Bonus was no handle, so it coexists in the garage with a longer car. Assume the extra shelf on order will resolve our loss of a bit of capacity -- more a stacking issue. Basket at bottom of freezer is an improvement to our last model, where odd shaped items like spareribs tend to slip out. Cool green external light is much more obvious proof the electricity is ON.

Was able to buy this freezer in early July 2020, and have delivered within 2-weeks. Arrived in perfect condition, and was below freezing within hours. Kept in a garage (heated, but not cooled - garage temps average mid-70's). Holds a lot of food, and the shelves seem pretty sturdy. Would recommend so far!

Just received this from Home Depot. Uncluttered design,nice features. Door is so tight that until enough product is loaded, pulling the door causes the unit to twist on my wood floors. Internal lighting is great and power lamp easily seen. Keeps items well frozen.

we purchase a couple months ago to replace an older, smaller freezer. What a difference! so far so good and quite happy with it.
