I purchased this freezer and discovered a problem where you put item in or take one out and the shelves collapse and items fall out. I finally got a CS rep (Tracie) that wanted picture proof which I sent and could never get a response weeks later! VERY DISGUSTED!

I bought this freezer a little under two months ago and I'm glad that I did! It's very roomy on the inside with plenty of shelving. I highly recommend this freezer!

I purchased this freezer to replace a 20+ yr old freezer... this new model surpassed my expectations. I love how quickly it started and the ample space for storage is great! It’s very quiet and I love the interior light and exterior light to signal the door is closed. Great purchase ...very satisfied!

We had to order and wait over a month to get but we really like it. Especially the multiple shelves and the door organization. It does have a very bright light on the outside showing it is powered on - this doesn't both us because it is in the garage but might be disturbing if it was in the house. Also wish it had an outside temperature reading....
