The freezer seems to be working fine. I purchased the wrong size (13 cu ft) I should have ordered the 16 cu ft. I tried to return and exchange but Home Depot could not accommodate _x000D_ me. Unfortunately I ordered it on line and the pictures of the unit did not mentioned the shelves were two different sizes. So not happy

We replaced a small 30-year old chest freezer a month ago. This upright has much better access. It contains several shelves, and they are easy to move around as we need. There is good storage in the door, too.

It took quite a while to find an upright freezer available. When I found this freezer it was the perfect size for me. Operation is excellent and it holds an incredible amount of product. So far very happy. I added Camco 28" Double RV Refrigerator Bar to keep my frozen products from falling off the shelf. The reason they would fall of is that I vacuum packed all my meats and they are odd shapes! LED interior lighting is excellent.

I had to have the first freezer replaced because we'd had the opening of the door changed from left to right and that somehow affected the seal, causing the unit to freeze up. But it was quickly replaced and our second unit, without any change in the door opening, works just fine so far. We've had in about a month and we're pleased.

We love our new freezer. My husband especially loves the light telling him all is OK with the freezer. It also keeps the cat occupied for hours staring at that weird green light! Works great, easy to reach the food. Thank you Frigidaire for making this such a wonderful experience.

Bought this to replace a 40+ year old freezer. Just the right size for just the 2 of us. Holds it's temperature very well and doesn't run very often. So far, so good.

very spacious for it's size. plus it's frost free which is awesome for it's price. So far so good. also we love the green light underneath to show it's working without opening the freezer.
