I bought this unit to replace a chest style freezer I had. It is so nice to be able to open the door and to be able to see all of the items and not have to dig for them. Love the upright.

This unit replaced a very old freezer which required defrosting on a regular basis. Those regular defrostings were getting very close together! It is such a pleasure to not only have no ice but a light as well. The configurations took some getting used to but with a little organization I was not only able to replace all the previous items back in the new freezer but had space leftover! All in all, we are delighted!!

We have had the freezer a little less than a month but it is working out well._x000D_ The only thing I wish were different is the electrical plug needs to be flat instead of sticking out of the wall socket in the way. Allows better routing of the electrical cord. _x000D_ Thanks.

This freezer was delivered and set up and then broke 3 hours after that... Heard whining noise followed by an alarm 30 min later while an IRRITATING green light flashed. Then frigidaire wanted to fix it? It was new... Had to load it in my truck and take it back to Home Depot, what a hassle piece of junk!

We bought this for additional freezer space. This the perfect size, not too big or too small, we are loving it. The light indicator shows that the freezer is working at all times. It is frost-free, with no manual cleaning, so this makes this freezer even more perfect._x000D_ Absolutely a great buy :)

It is wonderful for me and my needs. I already have it filled with soups and specials from grocery store. I am so impressed that my sister bought the exact same model - she has had hers for about a month and is very happy.

I got this 3 weeks ago, the delivery men were not happy that I wanted the door reversed even though I was told it wouldn't be a problem by the home depot salesman. They wouldn't level it for me, I had to have someone else do it because I'm unable. After it was on for about 6 hours I found a lot of ice chunks stuck on the inside door shelves at the top. I found that the door seal wasn't butt up against the freezer, letting in warm air. I was able to fix that using a hair dryer. Then to top it off I found a small dent in the middle of the door at the bottom. ( Most likely from the clowns that reluctantly reversed the door.) And then to top it off I had to clean up the Styrofoam in the street after they left._x000D_ This was definitely not my best experience purchasing an appliance. I learned my lesson with Frigidare and Home Depot.
