Have had this unit for a few weeks now and really like how flexible it is, Really appreciate being able to set the storage racks to the configuration that makes the most sense for me.

We bought this a month ago to replace a Samsung fridge that lasted less than 10 years _x000D_ So far we are delighted with our new appliance. Spacious, quiet, and efficient. Love all the features although we are not planning to run the water pipes for the ice maker or the dispenser. Everything seems sturdy and easy to operate. The finger proof doors are great and the stainless steel looks long lasting. Not like the old Samsung one that would show rust spots and would ding so easily, very thin sheet metal. _x000D_ So far so good and we hope this one would last a lot more than the Samsung.

Nous avons acheté ce frigo chez Tanguay. Le supposé vendeur nous a dit qu’il n’y avait pas de problèmes à commander un kit de remplacement des filtres puisqu’il y avait un code QR dans le frigo. Il semble bien que cet individu n’a JAMAIS utilisé le dit code QR, car il nous amène sur un site américain. Votre site frigidaire.com aux FUSA nous permet de passer un commande pour un kit complet de filtres à moins de 60$ US. Puis à la dernière minute, on réalise que vous ne livrez qu’aux E-U. _x000D_ On se rend donc finalement 20 minutes plus tard sur le site canadien - non connecté avec le fameux code QR - pour réaliser que le kit de tous les filtres doit être commandé à la pièce pour un montant d’environ 123$ cdn, soit environ 40$ de plus en tenant compte du taux de change. _x000D_ Votre site canadien est-il une arnaque ? Doit-on aviser l’OPC au Québec ? Doit-on vous déclarer à la GRC ou aux Crimes économiques ? _x000D_ Pourriez-vous expliquer à TOUS VOS consommateurs pourquoi le site canadien n’offre PAS de kit complet ? et pas d’offres promotionnelles ?_x000D_ Merci de votre lecture.

I bought this about 3 months ago and so far I love it. My only complaint is the fridge started leaking about 2 months in. We did figure out it was the ice maker so when we turned the ice maker off it stopped leaking. Customer support hasn’t been super easy to get a hold of either. Hopefully they can resolve the issue because the ice maker is one of my fave features.

We love the extra room in our fridge. I removed a star for the slow ice production and frozen food if you mistakenly get too close to the cold air vents.
