Our 12 year old KitchenAid bit the dust so out shopping we went. This model fits exactly in the old spot. It was delivered next day which is amazing these days. Other than a small ding on the door from the delivery boys, the unit is working well so far. If I had to complain about anything is I'm always touching the setup panel on the left door. It would be nice if there was a way to lock the settings on this part (similar to the drawer) so that erant touching doesn't alter the temperature. Otherwise all good so far.

I bought this fridge in March 2024, I was so happy with it until about 3 weeks ago. I was noticing water in my floor in front of the cupboards nest to the fridge. I wioed it up and it kept seeping out. I moved the fridge out so I could see where it was coming from. I noticed water damage on my hardwood floors under the fridge and and in front of the cupboards to left of the fridge. The cupboard beside the fridge has water damage six inches up also. We turned the water off and contacted Costco, where bought it, they directed me Frigidaire. A few days later a repair man showed up. Discovered the issue has ordered new parts and coming to install tomorrow. So, not happy with the damage to my floors and cupboard and being without water and ice for a couple of weeks.

We love our new fridge. Deeper shelves on the doors makes access much easier. Better circulation maintains more even temperatures. Ice making is a bit slow but with a huge ice drawer, we never run out!

I've had this freezer for a month and it's head and shoulder above my last freezer. Way better set up for shelves, makes tons of ice.

Love the size and functions of this fridge. Looks great in our phone. Unfortunately before the one year mark our ice machine began to leak and our temperature broke on the fridge. I spent over 2 weeks working with the online chat. My warranty would be void in 3 weeks so I had time. First they could not find me a technician in my area and told me to continue to check back in with them which I did. next thing my entire account was deleted including any history and my fridge was no longer registered. Chat was never helpful so I finally called where they told me to hire my own technician and send them an email for reimbursement. I am now 3 days away from my warranty being up. It seems they did all of this to avoid being responsible. Very disappointing for a well known and supposed to be reliable brand.
