3 It’s okay, it will do the job

Bought this oven/micro combo to replace a 4 year old unit that couldn’t be repaired because of discontinued parts. (Not a Frigidaire) I inquired from my sales agent what the difference was between the Gallery and Professional line was. I was told not much, mostly aesthetics. I think this unit will do the job but everything is flimsy. Can’t put a shelf in under the pull out shelf. The top console is wobbly. Not a quality product, if you’re hooked on Frigidaire buy the upgraded model if you can. I regret my purchase

1 Looks good...

The only positive with this so far is that it arrived way sooner then I expected. Finally got it installed and it wouldn't turn on. So now it has been in the shop for 3 going on 4 weeks waiting on parts hoping that it will be fix and not have to wait longer if that does not fix the problem.

3 Think twice before you buy!

I bought this oven less than two years ago and it looks great and has a ton of features. However, one feature it doesn’t have is the ability to pause the microwave during the cook without canceling the entire cook (or reheat). Most of the other features will never be used. The reality is most people want an oven that cooks and a microwave that reheats. Since the microwave only pauses when you open the door, I used that method to pause and check my reheat. Eighteen months after installation, that method blew the 20A fuse in the unit. I replaced the fuse but if you aren’t comfortable doing that, good luck getting your unit repaired for less than $500. Also, finding this fuse was a challenge where I live. I purchased on Amazon for $5 but locally quoted up to $150. I don’t recommend this oven but not sure what to recommend.

2 Warranty is too short

Loved it! Until 6 months after warranty the microwave stopped working. And it cost me 700 to fix. Over 4k for an oven/microwave I would have expected so much better and a better warranty! 22k total on Frigidaire appliances and ow I am worried I will be replacing working the next few years
