We bought this oven / microwave combo a month ago and so far I had been great. The installation was straight forward. We used the oven several times for making roasts, and baking. It was great with no problems._x000D_ The only minor problem I would say is that the touch screen gets easily smudged with finger prints - not a big deal.

The installers removed the wall oven from the box and helped me inspect it. They found that the oven door did not close- the oven door lock was misaligned and did not fit into the slot- indeed the lock had chipped away at the enamel of the interior door. A couple of days after installation, I noticed a 12"x4" strip of insulation had dislodged from within the oven door. I arranged through Electrolux to have a service call- the serviceman took the door apart and placed the _x000D_ insulation back where it was supposed to go. He also ordered a new interior enamel panel. These issues reflect shoddy workmanship and lack of quality control. I used to assume that Frigidaire was a reliable brand. But requiring a service call because of factory errors is not a good look for your company nor does it encourage consumer confidence in your products.

Love it _x000D_ Works really well _x000D_ Make sure you install at it the right level otherwise you’ll have tipitoe putting things in the microwave _x000D_ I specifically mentioned this to my contractor as one of my friends have it at a higher level ( may an inch higher) makes a huge difference

I bought this a month ago and I am so happy I did. It’s magical - the oven is so good - my pizzas turn out professionally baked. The microwave is so spacious and warms food very quickly. .

Ours lasted 4.5 months the first time after malfunctioning twice. Each time took 10 days for service then replaced. The replacement died completely, no power after 7 months. Took 10 days for service to come. Looked at it for 2 seconds and ordered parts. Took another 2 weeks for parts and service to come back again. It is now fixed once more but we have been without microwave or oven for 5.5 weeks this time and several weeks the first time. All together in 1 year we have been without our microwave or oven for a total of 8.5 weeks. Frigidaire have been less than zero help and each of a handful of calls took more than an hour. VERY DISSATISFIED!

These are working great so far. Its not the most user friendly appliance so it does help to read the manual or research how to use and the many features
