I bought the new mircorwave and oven combo from CAS and it was delieved in Nov 2024, but it is a defective appliance. Since we havne't moved in the new house, the said appliance was not started to use. However, same problem (power and display off (mircowave and oven combo), without jump-circuit and it didn't function anymore) had happened 3 times after repairing by 2 different outsourcing companies / technicians as well as changing the motherboard. Unfortunately, my replacement request is always being held without any good reasons according to the strict internal policy (administration steps and approval) of Frigidaire. It is totally not acceptable after 2 repairs. Also, I can't even reach the approval manager even after reporting many times to the agents!!! This is a very time-consuming and frustrating process in dealing with the agents and escalation team who had no authority and repeated the same wordings of their strict policy. NOT HELPFUL & NO MERCY in my exceptional case!!! It drives me CRAZY!!!

I bought it a year ago. It has interesting features, but after 6 months of use, the electronic module has blown. After 6 months of replacing various parts, the oven was already unusable, so the company accepted to replace it by a brand new one. But I was able to use it only 2 weeks, and it broke again. Each time, it takes one to two months to obtain parts. It’s a real nightmare.
