Hello, we love the way this product looks and we love the features it says it has. We have used it about 10 times before it stopped working. They came to fix it and it is apparently a fuse which is difficult to get because it is a redesign. We are now in a waiting status for parts. It concerns us about the quality and longevity of the product at this point. We are also surprised that something that sounds as easy as a fuse is so challenging to come by. So we are disappointed at this point. We have purchased a counter-top oven to get us by while we wait because we are still about a month out before parts arrive, supposedly. We decided we better get the extended warranty too. This has been an inconvenience to us because we purchased this specific model for its design and function so that my brother would be able to access them easily from his wheelchair. What we did like about it is how the doors open, as they are easy to grip and provide a bit of a shelf as food is being removed. This aspect was important due to the lack of hand mobility that my brother has. Additionally, we thought the touch screen would also support independence in the kitchen. The touch screen was lovely for what we did see in those very first times using it. At this point it has ended up costing us more than expected because of the extended warranty, counter-top oven, and the amount of take out that we are doing in compensation. Once they get it working we would be happy to update this review if the opportunity presents.

How very inconvenient that only one oven can operate at a time! If I'm baking or roasting in the oven, I can't use the microwave unless I turn the oven off. I had no idea this was the case and never even considered this would be the case...for this reason, I would not recommend buying this one piece dual oven/microwave.

Very happy with the oven, however when getting installed the electrical cord was shorter then anticipated, they should consider adding an extra 18 inch of electrical cord. cost us extra for installation -

Bought it 1 month ago, so far so good. Only thing to mention is maybe to change the notification sound when cooking is done from a loud high pitched beep to maybe something else that doesn't sound like a fire alarm.

I bought it two months ago. I find it easy to use and the performance is really very good. Its the right thing I have been searching, with convection fu.nction in the microwave so that I need not get another small oven for toasting my bread. In addition, the steam function in the oven is also fantastic. That makes the food juicy and not so dry. Overall I'm very happy with this new appliance and would highly recommend it.

I have had this oven combo for 2 months it is ok but microwave turntable has made a noise right from new the rest seems good
