Now we have the final matching unit to our stove fridge and dishwasher. Looks great, fan is a little loud but otherwise working well.

So happy with this purchase! The smart cook or reheat feature is the best - I never have to guess about how many seconds or minutes to reheat my food. The microwave is smart as it monitors the temperature of the food and modulates the amount of energy it uses to heat it up; theoretically decreasing energy usage overall. The food always comes out perfectly reheated throughout. The microwave is also sleek, and the stainless steel looks high quality. Highly recommended!

I have had this in installed for approx. two weeks now. It is easy to understand settings. The one thing it might have, that I have not discovered, is a Warm setting. I found this setting extremely helpful with busy meals. It is not used to do entire recipes, but sure is handy for reheating, melting chocolate or butter, and other quick jobs. One thing I wish it had is a "Warm" setting, just low enough to keep cooked foods heated until serving time....if there is such a setting, I have not discovered it yet.

Great unit for everything with which we use it, but, it has a very weak O.T.R. exhaust fan.

We bought this microwave as replacement to our old GE. Very happy with it however had to have the repair company come out as it didn’t work out of the box. Repair took the Demo setting off and it worked immediately. Please update the manual or add this to the FAQ so that a warranty call doesn’t have to happen. If we had known about this we could have had the microwave working a week earlier.

This is the 2nd one we bought, one for each kitchen. We like its features and its simply look with no handle. That being said we feel the look is compromised by the label being so large
