Way too expensive for something that feels "cheap" - drawers get stuck and don't glide smoothly and it hums very loudly. Would not recommend

I bought this about a year ago, (Frigidaire Professional Series) took 3 months to receive it. The main problem is the freezer door doesn’t seal correctly. There is frost on everything. The water dispenser now leaks. Ice make didn’t work correctly. It makes a lot of loud strange noises also. Containers at the back of the fridge have frozen off and on. Had service come out, they couldn’t figure out any thing. So they were guessing on what to do and what parts to replace. I refused to have a brand new fridge taken apart and have a water pump put in, freezer door seal, some other part they mentioned. My salesman contacted Frigidaire and they agreed to send me a new one. Got thee as t in about 2 weeks snd guess what started having the same darn problems! As much as I love everything else about this fridge- I’m ready to Chuck it!

This fridge provides well thought out design, offering compelling form and function. Form-wise, it has a beautiful stainless steel finish that adds to any kitchen, and I love how the counter-depth aspect enables it to complement the kitchen by fitting flush with other components while also adding an eye-catching presence. This beautiful design pairs with intuitive, valuable features in multiple places on this fridge, one of which being the fridge door water/ice dispenser. It has an appealing glossy black finish, and only consists of three buttons, water, crushed ice, or cubed ice. This is so intuitive as it’s exactly what someone is looking for when they use a water/ice dispenser, and is not needlessly complicated by a control panel that can confuse visitors as they look for the water or ice buttons. Instead, these controls are elegantly placed on the inside of the fridge door, in a sleek yet readable display enabling quick selection of customizable features that is out of the way from normal use. This arrangement of the water/ice dispenser and the control panel ultimately speaks to the thoughtful consideration of what a user would want in a fridge, a consideration that pays off in many other ways._x000D_ _x000D_ Several of these ways are evident inside the fridge. First, I really appreciate how customizable the fridge’s storage options are. The door shelves are modular, enabling quick adjustments to fit different-sized items, and one of these shelves itself extends and retracts, offering storage to fill the whole shelf or just a portion of it. These are a great option for effective, clean organization of an area that can quickly become cluttered._x000D_ _x000D_ Another nice touch that adds to the customizable nature of the product are the adjustable top shelves in the main food section. These shelves retract or flip up (shown in the attached pictures) to allow for additional storage of taller items. I said “no way” when I saw this, as it is so helpful for stacking things such as tupperware after me or my roommates meal prep for the week. That this and other customizable features are so intuitive and simple to use makes them even better._x000D_ _x000D_ I also love the flex-space fridge/freezer drawer and how it can also be tailored to different temperature and storage needs. A great example would be when hosting a party, as it’s nice to be able to have all the drinks in one spot, chilled to the right temperature, but also held tightly by the adjustable dividers that prevent items from rolling and separate items. Then, once the party is over, perhaps this space is used as a freezer when stocking up on frozen items. It can suit many needs, and that is very appealing, taking the stress out of having to constantly reshuffle items._x000D_ _x000D_ Lastly, the larger freezer drawer affords a generous amount of space, including with the option of being able to turn off the freezer ice maker and use that drawer for extra space. A great, thoughtful feature._x000D_ _x000D_ All in all, it is clear to me that the product designers thoroughly considered what users might want and not only delivered these customizable features in an intuitive package, but also one that is elegant and visually appealing internally and externally. Overall, it is an excellent purchase that provides sophisticated usability to any cook’s kitchen.

I have had my refrigerator for about a month and I immediately noticed my salad greens were staying fresher, longer and crisper. In my old refrigerator, we always had to double check if the doors were closed tightly. This refrigerator you can feel the magnetic pull on the doors when you close them. The refrigerator is designed such that it is easy to organize your food. I love the middle drawer!! I love this refrigerator, best one I have ever_x000D_ had!!

Received 3 days ago after waiting 7 months only to find out it would not fit into our original fridge space where another counter depth refrigerator came out of. My husband had to widen the door way and removing some flooring! A complete mess!! This is NOT a counter depth fridge. After all the modifications done in our kitchen it still sticks out! Customers should be warned that the doors are chunky therefore may hit your wall or cabinets! Double check your space before you buy don’t make the mistake we made. I give it a year if last that long!

I was appalled to find that the 36" wide counter-depth fridge opens to 41" across. The designers did not add a simple swivel on the door hinge which would alleviate this issue, to ensure that the overall footprint of the fridge does not get wider when the doors are open._x000D_ _x000D_ Obviously the entire idea of a "counter-depth" fridge is that it does not stick out past your counters. This fridge is advertised as counter-depth, but as you can see, it is not._x000D_ _x000D_ Additionally, with this colossal oversight in door hinge design it makes the fridge unusable when installed._x000D_ _x000D_ The cost to modify our kitchen framing and cabinetry to accommodate this fridge would be astronomical, so our only option is to return it unused.

We bought this fridge in October 2020 and got our delivery in the end of November 2020 for our first new home after comparing so many brands.I liked the design and overall good reputation of Frigidaire in making the best fridges. I was so happy and optimistic about it and paid a good amount for buying it. _x000D_ But to my dismay this fridge started giving us problems after 2 or 3 months. First I didn’t realize why the vegetables in the crisper drawers are freezing up. I thought may be I kept the temperature wrong. I changed the temperature to required setting but still the same results. Then one day I noticed that all the back walls behind the crisper drawers were covered with ice. No air is passing through to keep the vegetables fresh. I tried to find the humidity control bar but unfortunately it has no option of increasing or lowering the humidity as it’s just a straight bar and when I pulled it out it’s covered with a paper membrane which is not mentioned as per my knowledge to let it be there or remove it n discard it as may be it’s a packaging material. _x000D_ To be on safer side I kept it on as it felt like a filter paper which I don’t know what purpose it serves._x000D_ I called the company and they sent a technician in first week of April who checked my fridge and said it needs to be defrosted for 24hours before the next visit as they have to get a part for it.( although that technician said that he never saw this model before as it’s new in the market) which was quite surprising for me as Frigidaire promotes that they have ‘skilled associates’ to help and diagnose the problem. _x000D_ This fridge is also making weird noises and gives me false alarm of power outage too. Last night I had to unplug it as it was constantly making an annoying sound which is similar to rain drop on the window pane. _x000D_ Now I am waiting for the new part and god knows what it’s going to be or when it arrives or if it fix the problem or not. In this time of lockdown I try to do my groceries in a go but now I am stuck with this fridge with the fear of losing the fresh produce. I am not a happy customer at all as I chose this fridge and now I am facing all these problems and that’s also with a brand new ,new technology fridge from a well known company.

Okay this is a nice fridge but having a problem with the ice dispenser or the toggle switch, I am not sure which. I really have to push hard on the bottom of the toggle switch. If I don’t hit it hard and fast I have ice everywhere. I am wondering if anyone else has a problem like this.
