Bought this unit in May 2022. Within 6 months started having problems. The ice maker in the fridge section has been repaired twice and still remains an issue. Keeps freezing up and now leaks. The freezer broke down and just had the electrical panel and fan replaced. Fingers crossed. Very disappointed with the brand especially as it's supposed to be the higher-end "Professional" unit.

We had the fridge for only one week when the ice/water locked on - so one repair call completed already. _x000D_ The other concern is that sometimes the door flap on the left door doesn’t fully retract / which causes the left door to hit the right one rather than close.

Bought this Frigidaire Professional Series refrigerator and it’s a complete piece of garbage. Froze everything in my fridge at the highest temp setting. 400 bucks of food had to be thrown out. Tech came out 3 weeks later and doesn’t know what the problem is. So still I have no fridge, just a 3K freezer. Doesn’t seem like any support and the you have to wait for parts if they are even available. I won’t touch this brand ever again. So disappointed in and support or service after they get your money. Advice - Avoid

Bought this fridge 2 weeks ago and it’s been wonderful. The look of the fridge is sleek on the inside and out. No complaints other than I noticed the water dispenser started to drip after using it (initially there was no drippage).

Even though I had so many problems getting it delivered, it has turned out to be a great success. Lots of room inside and everything is easy to access.

This Fridge does the job of keeping things cold and is nice to use. There is more access to ice than we need so this seems like wasted space in the freezer to have yet more cubed ice in addition to the ice dispenser in the door. _x000D_ What has surprise me is when I went to clean up after a spill on the longest shelf, is that the glass cannot be separated from the plastic frame. I cannot get about an inch of the glass on the underside that is inset into the plastic frame. You can see the fluid that seeped there and has since dried, but there's no way I could find to get to it to clean it. My previous fridge's glass shelving could lift out of the plastic frame for easy cleaning. No such luck with this design. :(

Received this fridge and loved the look and features however arrived damaged. Has taken almost a month to get someone to come look at it. Runs louder than our microwave when it’s on
