The handles cannot be aligned properly. Yes I have adjusted to the max but holes aren't even the same distance in the z-axis and the handle are not even the same size._x000D_ _x000D_ The ice dispenser is designed, actually designed to spit ice everywhere so it's impossible to use without cleaning the floor every time._x000D_ _x000D_ The freezer door is clunky and will fail on one side within a year._x000D_ _x000D_ Horrible purchase especially that this is allegedly their top of theine.

I bought this fridge under a month ago and it looks great. There is lots of room and I like that I am able to story a lot of items in the shelves in the doors. I would have liked the freezer to have had deeper drawers to store more items, but overall it is fine. My only concern has been with the ice maker which I find is very slow in filling the ice bins. Overall, I would recommend this fridge as it has been working well so far and it is an attractive appliance in the kitchen.

Have had this for under a year. Love the look and the price. No complaints thus far! I like the flexible shelves and use of space. Ice machine works great although the water stream can be finicky. Beware the cost of air and water filters and you’ll need to replace every six months.

Hello,_x000D_ _x000D_ My refrigerator broke after 10 years and so I had to buy a new one. I decided to buy a Frigidaire. When I received it, the door mechanism of the freezer was not working correctly. I had to return it to the vendor. Unfortunately, they didn't have another one in stock so I had to upgrade and take a Professional version at 3000+$ so I can get one asap..._x000D_ _x000D_ I received the 2nd refrigerator (model PRFC2383AF4). After a few days, some water started to show under it. After inspection, there was a patch of ice at the bottom of the freezer. The part touching the door was melting and that was the reason of the little water on the floor._x000D_ _x000D_ I contacted the support immediately so it could get fix. At 3000$, I don't expect that..._x000D_ _x000D_ They told me to wait 2-3 business days and that someone would call me to come repair it. After 1 week, I contacted them again. They said to be patient, it should be soon. After 3 weeks, I called the support and talk to an agent. She said to find a repair company on my own and send them the bill and they will reimburse me... _x000D_ _x000D_ After experiencing two new refrigerators from them in a month that had issues and with such a poor support, I do not recommend that brand. If they manage to fix it, I'm concerned it will last only a few years even If a paid 3000$+...

I like this fridge very much, especially the ice makers. However, I just received a new fridge as an extended warranty replacement. The original fridge only lasted 2 1/2 years before it stopped working, hopefully the problems it had were due to manufacturing issues during covid (there were also many cosmetic problems with the doors on the original fridge, no problems with the new fridge). And I mention to watch out for your floors as the wheels, even though they are quite wide, have a ridge in the middle of them that left "train tracks" in my kitchen floor. The company servicing it (not Frigidaire) had to make several visits to try and fix it and every time the fridge was pulled out it caused more damage. What amazes me is how such a simple design/manufacturing flaw could happen - the wheels on the new fridge have the same issue.

I am so far very happy with all the features on my new refrigerator! The interior is very bright! The ice machine is awesome in the freezer! Even though it has only been a month so far I am happy!

Makes great use of space and looks sleek inside. Good lighting as well. _x000D_ Only critique is to switch over to flexible water line from copper line only.

We are enjoying our new frig. The set up was left to my husband and it’s still not 100%. The water dispenser leaves a drip after using but all in all it’s a very nice appliance.

Great features , interior is beautiful like the exterior. We love it. Food stays fresh vegetables last 2week and even more this is awesome
