I bought this fridge 6 months ago and it immediately started to condensate and make ice behind the crisper drawers. I’ve had 3 repairs done and in the end I got a new fridge only to have the same problem with the new one still on going _x000D_ The customer service has been amazing they are prompt no complaints about that _x000D_ Everything else about the fridge I love you can still dispense water even if other fridge door is open ,ice maker works great and love the smudge free exterior definitely easier to keep clean

Our old fridge of a different brand stopped working around Christmas. We decided to try Frigidaire since the company had been around for a century. My husband purchased a small Frigidaire refrigerator to help with the transition and kept some things in the kitchen where we needed it. Its much louder than the large fridge. It was kind of retro and I like the look. Its now a beverage fridge. The new refrigerator arrived and after following the instructions, including taking off the copious amount of plastic covering the steel and all the packaging, washing everything out as instructed and easily attaching the large door handles and allowing it to cool we loaded up the fridge. Its exactly like the picture. Very sleek and modern and the handles actually match my cupboard door handles. The outside icemaker was important but it also had one inside the freezer. I actually like it better although it takes up 20% of the freezer and it makes copious amounts of ice. The freezer is a little smaller but I can actually see what's in my freezer now. The door handles are large and I found out quickly that you must open and close from the middle of the handle, otherwise the freezer door wobbles on opening. The inside of the fridge utilizes the space well. Its counter depth but wide so there is less space, but I can open the doors and see everything. I did find that a carton of milk at the very back did have ice in it so best not to push things to the back. Also, you must open both doors if you want to access the crisper on the right. So far the vegetable and fruit crispers DO keep the produce fresher longer. The fridge has a built in filter which seems to keep all odours at bay. Fingers crossed this refrigerator has so far out performed our old one.

Love the look of the fridge and all the features. Water and ice dispenser works great. Lots of space for everything. Very pleased with my purchase.

I bought this fridge in Aug 2023, and right after delivery I realized it's got a strange design with the ice dispenser. The ice falls everywhere but in the glass, and makes a mess on the floor. Now, hardly a year in the door doesn't work properly either, and won't close on the left side, I have to manually straighten the folding part. I am very disappointed.

Fridge stopped functioning within a week of purchase. The fridge section stopped cooling on Christmas leading to a bunch of food spoiling, after which it started to function again on its own but was freezing everything. Took two months to get replacement parts put in and when the fridge started functioning properly again it became apparent that the water filter had cracked from the freezing temperatures and Frigidaire refuses to replace the water filter free of charge so now they say we have to pay $90 to replace a part that broke because the fridge they sent was defective. They have terrible customer service and in the two months of dealing with them I have been told at least three times that I would get a call back, which I never recieved, and at least four times that they would book something with a service technician that they never booked. 0/5 would not recommend this product or anything under the Electrolux umbrella.

This is a replacement fridge in less than a year as the first one had issues from the factory. This fridge seems to be running too much but is working for the first two weeks, we will see……
