We've had the fridge for about a month._x000D_ The size is great...plenty of room for all my refrigerated items, with large vegi drawers and side shelving. Love having the second ice maker

We had this fridge for almost two months now, we love its design and cools and freezes just as specified. But is a noisy fridge, there is a fan going on almost all the time, a constant humming that can be heard when the house is silent. I called the company, they sent a technician from a third party company for warranty calls, only to be told "nothing can be done, is a normal sound, you'll have to get used to it; they don't isolate fridges like they used to do". Unexpected from a "Professional" line of products

I purchased 3 Frigidaire appliance fridge, stove and dishwasher . Paid over 6 thousand dollars including tax and extra warranty.Fridge door and frame are out of alignment . Bottom freezer door is hitting top door hinges.Stove and dishwasher working excellent for now

I love this fridge and the duel ice makers, but as soon as I got the fridge the ice dispenser has never worked. I’m currently waiting for a tech to fix it. Otherwise it would be 5 stars

We bought our fridge after generally enjoying other Frigidaire fridges. After a year, the ice dispenser began to beep. Even though it was just out of the regular warranty, Frigidaire sent a technician to have a look. While he was working on the fridge, the entire fridge stopped working. Three more separate trips confirmed the fridge is “unrepairable” and it was due to faulty wiring. Without a fridge for three months, I called Frigidaire for an update. Instead of replacing the one they broke, they offered me a 20% rebate on a new fridge. Not only is the quality of the fridge substandard, Frigidaire doesn’t have a reputation to stand on in terms of quality client service. They’ve lost a loyal customer, buy another fridge and save yourself the inconvenience of having to buy a new fridge after a year…

We purchased this fridge to replace our 2016 other branded unit. We had ongoing issues with our previous fridge and are excited about the new Frigidaire. The interior space for fruits and veggies is great, the ice maker works well. The interior space and organization of the fridge is great. _x000D_ _x000D_ I do have some issues with the water dispenser. It is quite loud when you engage the dispenser and then there is a distinct water hammer noise when it shuts off. This is much louder than any previous fridge we have had and makes me question using it when the house is quite. _x000D_ _x000D_ The fridge also runs constantly and has a bit of a high pitched whine noise, which I assume is a fan. We are getting used to it, but it is much louder and noticeable than our previous fridge, which is unfortunate. _x000D_ _x000D_ Overall, we are happy with the upgrade and we like the aesthesis of this line which matches our new range and over the range microwave. We would be even happier if the noise of the water dispenser and fan running wasn't so disruptive.

Freezer ice machine dispenser broke after a week. I don’t know when exactly it broke because I shut it off because we had enough ice. When I turned it back on, the hose was frozen and no longer dispensed ice. Already needing to pull out all my food to thaw the for service. Annoying. I like the no mark stainless steel though. _x000D_ _x000D_ Disappointing. It’s an expensive fridge.

Bought fridgidaire pro fridge about a month ago and from day one the water dispenser drips. Fridge is decent otherwise but it's extremely frustrating that the water drops need to be wiped away multiple times a day
