Ice?water dispenser leaks after every use and it's only 3 weeks old

Purchased the product at the THE BRICK, terrible service they did not check to see the product is not covered by Frigidaire. The service at Frigidaire shockingly terrible. I have never had anyone use such words and low patience in confirming product details with me. The Frigidaire representative was unable to keep her composure and was blatantly very frustrated as I was trying to confirm the model/serial number. It was a unnecessary tone used. I understand there are challenging phone calls but she was unable to show any professionalism. I did my best to translate. The phone call than ended abruptly with no notes taken about the sudden end to the call. I was than moved to a chat box but again no follow up or agent to speak too. Following the chat I attempted a second phone call. The second phone call I received a much better customer representative. He was able to support me on the call and elaborate the situation I was in and that the water system will need to be covered by the Brick. It was unfortunate he was unable to see any notes about my previous call and a little concerning as I was under the impression, all customer representatives have to take notes about any phone calls that was poorly handled. This is either a reflection of the company Frigidaire or the customer representative who neglected to take notes. Overall very disappointing customer service, I was just happy to get a clear answer from the last rep who clearly displayed understanding and overall service. The overall fridge has not been a positive experience unfortunately.

J’ai acheté il y a un mois, très satisfaite de la capacité et du goût de l’eau. Le seul point est que nous utilisons beaucoup de glace l’été donc nous devons utiliser le tiroir à glace, ce qui réduit la capacité du congélateur. Mais très satisfait de notre achat.

I’ve only had it a few weeks and I love it. It’s much roomier than my old refrigerator _x000D_ We eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, so I really like the huge crisper draws

Have had our fridge for over a week now and it is awesome! Had done a lot of research and reviewed many, many competitor fridges, but this model definitely delivers! Love all of the features, how easy and direct the displays are, and how sturdy and quiet it is. Great weight on the doors, and the unit doesn't feel cheap or light. The design is sleek and modern. Overall a great purchase for our family! :)

Defective product. The doors are different sizes. Closing is difficult. On one door the closing part is defective. Needs to change according to the Technician. Moisture condenses in containers. Looks like a reconditioned unit.

I am very pleased with my new fridge. It is very roomy and has great features for organization. The exterior water is able to accomodate high water bottles. Would highly recommend!
