I’ve had this refrigerator for one month and very happy with the space and the well laid out interior . Replaced a French door competitor brand .

Very disappointed, I had the previous model and it also was not that durable but I had the matching freezer. This one lasted almost 3 years, a far cry from when fridges lasted 25-30 yrs. Being an engineer, I'll repair this one again myself - components are not good quality and that's why a small cheap part can lead to a complete failure.

I bought this unit to replace a slightly smaller refrigerator. The layout and lighting is great. The shelves move easily for cleaning. The layout allows for much more storage than I anticipated.

The drawers feel very light, and the seal is warped. It does not fully close. I have emailed Frigidaire about it, as it is still under warranty, but have not heard back from them.

Bought in Jan 2019. Failed 1 month later; repaired under warranty (would not replace the unit); failed evaporator. Failed a second time in 2022 - same issue; replaced evaporator again. Frigidaire paid for parts only. Failed a 3rd time just now (June 2023) less than a year from last time - same issue once more ! Contacted Frigidaire but left alone with no commitment on rapair/parts - kept refering me to the warranty in the user manual. We have lost all trust in this appliance and not impressed with support and service. We did not expect this for a high-end, high price "Professional" appliance.
