We installed this brand new fridge along with the freezer and trim kit this weekend. As soon as we plugged it in, the fridge started shaking badly making a loud noise everytime the compressor turns on. Very disappointing that the fridge is malfunctioning the first day it was ran considering the price we paid. I reached out to customer service 5 days ago by email, and then again by phone and have yet to receive a call from any service company to come look at the fridge.

Même pas 1 semaine après ma livraison un tuyau du système de distribution d'eau est brisé. aussi une patte de cassée. Du plastique cheap pour un appareil de ce prix c'est décevant.

Was delivered late October so we have had less then a month of usage, but so far it's great. Only issue is the shelves on the doors aren't very large and the water from the dispenser isn't very cold.

We originally had the 2009 models by Frigidaire Professional. We decided on the same models primarily because of the size of our opening but also because the originals lasted as long as they did. The 2023 model has more depth in the door storage but less depth in the shelving. It's a pro and a con. The water dispenser in the fridge leaked in the first model we received (we got a replacement) and if that happens again, it's a headache. The baskets and brackets don't seem as sturdy. I worry they will break more easily. It is not noisy at all but we've only had it 1 month. It looks very nice in our kitchen.

We purchased this product when we were building our new home. Purchased it early during covid shut downs because company said it could take anywhere from 9-15 months to come in. It came in early, so we stored it for almost a year because our home was not ready. When we plugged it in for the FIRST time, it froze in under two weeks. We have thawed it SIX times since it was first plugged in, in May. I have tried calling for assistance and they will not warranty ANY of it, being it is over a year since we purchased, but only WEEKS since it was first turned on. We would have never purchased it early during Covid with their recommendations of it taking months for it to come in, if we knew we would have had to worry about malfunction like this with only weeks of it running. We are at a loss. We have tried to fix parts of it ourselves, with no success. Horrible to think you need to replace parts on a product that has only ran for weeks. Our experience with the twin Freezer has been no better. The FIRST time we plugged it in, the ice maker line LEAKED all over our brand new floor. We called and again, they would do NOTHING for us because it was over one year of purchase, but only ONE day of operating. My husband trouble-shooted and took apart the piece that was leaking and it turns out it was BROKEN. The seal was damaged on the part from manufacturer, and we had to order a new one from amazon and install it ourselves. Has worked ever since, but with NO help from Frigidaire. Will never recommend or purchase another frigidaire product again. Friends and Family will be sure to look at other brands before ever choosing Frigidaire.

looks good and works well. will certainly recommend this
