This "professional" refrigerator & freezer that cost almsost $10K, by the time it was installed, has been such a disappointment! Ours was purchased in Jun 2023 and we had to get it serviced in the first 3 months. In the past 6 months the Freezer door is constantly beeping as though there is something blocking it from shutting... there is not. Now we have a 2nd freezer for our food and barely use the super expensive "professional" one. Last week, the lights in the refrigerator went out and the ice maker in the freezer quit. Yup, not even 2 years old. I tried to communicate via the website as was told there was a 1 minute wait time to text an Agent.... I gave up after 40 minutes to write this review. Oh, and I did try to contact the phone number listed...it ended up being for a medical alert thing.

I love how this fridge is large but not too deep. It allows you to see everything in it quickly. Looks great with the freezer.

We bought the Frigidaire Pro series side by side fridge/freezer combo along with all our other Frigidaire appliances in our new home. Really do like the all fridge/freezer combo and trim kit in our kitchen, it’s a great looking center piece. Downfall is the fridge failed after only three years time and was unfixable due to a design issue. Everything does fail and it was too bad it had to be this early. Would like to say customer service was good to us and offered us a 50% rebate on a new purchase of the same fridge, which was much appreciated. Only downfall the fridge was now almost double our original price we paid when we bought all our appliances together. Winning some cash back for submitting a review would be great to put towards our new fridge.

Understandably not as deep as stand alone fridges but it’s massive and stored everything well. Plus it has small nozzle hidden inside with a flip switch for filtered water! Beautiful

Très beau refrigerateur. Il est très spacieux. Il comporte pour de rangement dans la porte. Bien qu'il soit profondeur comptoir, il a plus de pieds cube que notre réfrigérateur précédent. L'eau intégré dans le frigo est un plus

Very disappointed in this product. While it looks great and has great storage capacity it doesn’t last long. We are on our SECOND one and it’s dying too. At best we will get maybe 5 years out both fridges combined. And that is with an extended warranty service plan that has rebuilt the entire working components of this fridge. We’d switch to another brand but foolishly built our kitchen to accommodate the professional series all fridge all freezer set.
